Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
COD orders are subject to verification. We may confirm orders via call or WhatsApp. Fake or unverified orders may be cancelled. Customers must provide correct address and contact details. Failed delivery due to incorrect details may result in cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service. Delays caused by courier partners are not our responsibility.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if conditions are met. For damaged or defective products, an unboxing video is mandatory for verification. Shipping charges for both sides will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.
Unboxing Video Requirement
Customers must provide a continuous unboxing video from sealed package opening to claim missing or damaged product issues. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
Fraud & Misuse Protection
We reserve the right to reject COD orders suspected of fraud, cancel fake orders, block customers with misuse history, and take legal action if required.
