7 Days Easy Return

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can request a return within 7 days if you are not satisfied with the product.

Eligibility for Returns

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags
• Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer a replacement at no additional cost. A clear full unboxing video is required as proof, starting from the sealed package opening.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details. Once approved, instructions for return will be shared.

Return Shipping

For returns due to reasons other than damage or defect, shipping charges for both sides (pickup and delivery) will be borne by the customer.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Important Notes

• Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted
• Products without original packaging or missing items may not be eligible
• Cash on Delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable
